XeroBuilt and looked after

Your team stops rekeying Xero.

Xero holds the money side of your firm. The trouble is everything around it - the practice app, the spreadsheet, the client email - which someone keeps in step by hand. We build the small tools that keep them in step for you, then look after them.

What we build

What we typically build with Xero

01

Invoices out of Xero, into the rest of the firm

Sam stops rekeying invoices from Xero into the practice app. Paid, overdue and draft invoices show up where the team already looks.

02

A payment chase that drafts itself

Overdue invoices are gathered each morning with a polite draft reminder. Your credit controller reads, edits and sends - nothing goes out without a person.

03

Month-end figures for the partner meeting

The numbers you pull from Xero every month land in one page, ready for review, instead of a Friday spent copying them into a spreadsheet.

04

Client view of what they owe

Clients see their open invoices in their own portal, so your team answers fewer "can you resend that?" emails.

What goes wrong

Common Xero sync problems - and how we handle them

01

Xero limits how fast any app can ask for data

Xero caps requests per connected organisation - per minute and per day. A sync that works for ten clients can stall at a hundred. We batch requests and only fetch what has changed.

02

Connections quietly expire

A Xero connection needs refreshing regularly and can lapse if nothing uses it for a while. We watch for that and tell you before a tool goes stale, not after.

03

One login, many organisations

Firms often manage many client organisations from one Xero login. Each one is connected and tracked separately, so data never crosses between clients.

04

Contacts drift apart

The same client spelled three ways across Xero, your practice app and your CRM is the most common reason syncs go wrong. We match on stable details and flag anything unsure for a person to confirm.

Questions

Xero questions

Will you change anything in our Xero books?

Only if you ask us to. Most tools we build read from Xero. Anything that writes back, like creating a draft invoice, is agreed with you first and left as a draft for a person to approve.

We manage lots of client Xero organisations. Does that work?

Yes. Each organisation is connected and kept separate, and we design around Xero's per-organisation limits so a big client list doesn't slow things down.

Who owns the connection and the tool?

You do. The tools we build run on your own accounts, and each app is connected with its own sign-in, limited to what the tool needs. You can switch access off at any time from inside the app itself.
