Is there a free trial?
You can start on Starter to try Forge with one or two live tools, then move up as you add more. There's no setup fee and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as a 'live tool'?
A live tool is any published tool you're running - a client portal, a status page, a time tracker, a team hub, a browser extension. Each tool you publish counts as one, regardless of how many clients use it.
Do you charge per user or per client?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per agency, by plan - not per seat and not per client. Add as many clients and team members as you like; the price is set by how many live tools you run.
Are there any usage or infrastructure bills on top?
No surprise bills. Hosting, the database, domains and the AI that builds your tools are all included in the monthly price. The number you see is the number you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - move up or down anytime as your tool count changes. Upgrades take effect immediately; you're never locked into a tier.
What happens to my tools if I cancel?
Your tools stop being hosted when your plan ends, but your data is yours - you can export it. Nothing is held hostage.
Do bigger agencies get dedicated infrastructure?
Fully dedicated single-tenant database isolation is on the roadmap as an upgrade for agencies that need it. On every plan today, your data is already isolated per-agency and per-tool by default.
