Proposal signed. Onboarding already started.
Ignition (formerly Practice Ignition) gets the proposal signed and the payment set up. Then someone creates the client in the practice app, sets up the work, and sends the welcome pack by hand. We build that hand-over so it happens on its own - and look after it.
What we typically build with Ignition
Accepted proposal to set-up in one step
When a client accepts, their details and services flow into your practice app. Your onboarding lead checks it rather than typing it.
A welcome that goes out on time
A personal welcome email with the right next steps is drafted the moment a proposal is accepted, ready for a person to send.
Services sold versus work delivered
One page comparing what each client signed up for with what's being delivered, so partners spot scope creep early.
Common Ignition sync problems - and how we handle them
Ignition already talks to your ledger
Ignition can send invoices to Xero or QuickBooks itself. We build around that rather than creating a second copy, so nothing gets invoiced twice.
Services don't map one to one
A service in a proposal rarely matches a piece of work in your practice app exactly. We agree that mapping with you once, then the tool follows it.
Changes after signing
Proposals get updated or renewed. We handle changes, not just new clients, so set-up stays right through the year.
Ignition questions
Is this the same as Practice Ignition?
Yes. Practice Ignition renamed itself Ignition. We work with the current product.
Will this double up our invoicing?
No. If Ignition already sends invoices to Xero or QuickBooks, we leave that alone and build around it.
Who owns the connection and the tool?
You do. The tools we build run on your own accounts, and each app is connected with its own sign-in, limited to what the tool needs. You can switch access off at any time from inside the app itself.

Find the hours your team loses around Ignition.
A 2-week ops audit finds the hours your team loses between apps: $2,500 / £2,000, credited to your first month.
